At Lika Electronic we have more than 15 years of experience with magnetic tapes and magnetic rings.
In our own factory we develop and manufacture a wide variety of magnetic solutions for linear and rotary measurement and can support customers with products tailored to meet individual demands.
Our range of magnetic tapes and rings includes incremental and absolute versions and multiple track versions for special applications as well.
The magnetization process is entirely performed in our factory using advanced magnetization lines. They ensure a high-precision coding and accuracy. Magnetization lines are highly flexible and allow for high volume cost-effective productions as well as for small batches and custom productions.
Incremental tapes and rings can be equipped with reference tracks with single pole or multiple poles. Absolute versions can pair the absolute track with an incremental pole track (for speed feedback, for example) and/or with a reference track. Also the absolute code pattern can be customized to answer specific requirements.
The width of tapes and rings is typically 5-mm, 10-mm and 20-mm and the pole pitch ranges from 1 mm to 5 mm. The magnetic tapes are tested to withstand oils, and a broad spectrum of acid solutions and chemicals. They can be easily applied by means of the self-adhesive baking (liner) and cut to the desired length by the customer. Accessories include stainless steel cover strips to protect the surface of the tapes, tape terminals, protection profiles, etc.
Lika Electronic also designs and manufactures a comprehensive range of rings, segmented rings, arcs, and curved structures complete with magnetic tape. In addition to standard products, dimensions (outer diameter, shaft diameter), materials (aluminium, stainless steel) and mounting methods can be evaluated from time to time in order to fit each application exactly.
Furthermore, Lika Electronic offers OEM customers a complete individual service: products can be branded for your company, and be provided with customized packaging, labels, and documentation.
